Thank you for shopping at AdishPrint (Ghanvi Enterprises). Since we deal in Customized Products, we want to be transparent about how long it takes to create, pack, and deliver your special order.
1. Order Processing Time (Making Time) 🛠️
Unlike readymade products, your order is printed and framed specifically for you after you place the order.
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to design, print, frame, and quality-check your order.
Dispatch: Once the quality check is done, we hand over the packet to our courier partner.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines 🚚
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3 – 5 Business Days
Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days
Remote/North-East Areas: 7 – 10 Business Days
(Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier operational issues, which are beyond our control.)
3. Shipping Costs
Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on most prepaid orders (or as mentioned at checkout).
Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee (e.g., ₹50-₹100) may be charged for COD orders to verify the order authenticity.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking 📍
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email and SMS/WhatsApp with the Tracking Number and the courier partner’s name (Delhivery, Xpressbees, BlueDart, or DTDC). You can track your package directly on our website or the courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address / RTO (Return to Origin)
Please ensure you provide a complete address with the correct Pincode and Phone Number.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete address or unavailability of the receiver, we will have to deduct the shipping cost from your refund (or charge extra to re-ship it).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Lost in Transit: If the courier company confirms the package is lost, we will send you a Free Replacement immediately.
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. (Remember: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim damages).
