At AdishPrint (Ghanvi Enterprises), we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Since our products are customized specifically for you (with your personal photos and text), we cannot offer returns or refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect details provided by the customer.
However, we want you to love your purchase! We offer a 7-Day Return/Replacement Policy only under specific conditions listed below.

To ensure transparency and protect both parties, an unboxing video is MANDATORY to claim any return or refund.
When to record: Start recording before you open the courier packet.
How to record: Show the sealed package from all sides (360 degrees) to prove it wasn’t opened before. Then, open the package and show the product condition clearly in the video.
Condition: The video must be uncut and unedited.
Note: If you fail to provide an unboxing video, AdishPrint reserves the right to reject your claim for damage or missing items.
You can request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery ONLY in the following cases:
✅ Damaged Product: If the frame, glass, or material is broken/damaged during transit. ✅ Defective Print: If the print has major scratches, ink spots, or severe discoloration (not related to the original image quality). ✅ Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what you ordered.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
❌ Low-Quality Source Image: If the photo you uploaded was blurry, dark, or low-resolution, the print will be the same. We print exactly what you provide. ❌ Spelling Errors by Customer: If you made a typo in the text/name while ordering. ❌ Change of Mind: Since the item is personalized, we cannot resell it. ❌ No Unboxing Video: If you do not have proof of the package arriving damaged.
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at support@adishprint.com or WhatsApp us at +919024231633 within 7 days of delivery.
Attach Proof: Attach your Order ID and the Unboxing Video showing the defect/damage clearly.
Review: Our team will review the video within 24-48 hours.
Resolution:
Replacement: We will ship a fresh new product to you at no extra cost (Standard procedure).
*Replacement product will be dispatched within 5 to 7 days.*
Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
*Refund amount will be credited into your original payment method within 3 to 5 days.*
The amount will reflect in your bank account/card depending on your bank’s processing time.
