You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2. OUR PRODUCTS & PRINTING DISCLAIMER
Customization:We specialize in personalized products. The final print depends entirely on the quality of the image you upload.
Color Disclaimer:Please note that the colors you see on your mobile/computer screen (RGB Mode) may differ slightly from the final printed product (CMYK Mode). Slight color variations are natural in the printing process and are not considered defects.
Availability:We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
3. ORDERS & CANCELLATION
Order Acceptance:We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
Cancellation:Since our products are customized specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once they have moved to the “Processing” or “Printing” stage.
Commercial Use:You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use unless explicitly agreed otherwise for B2B orders.
4. USER SUBMITTED CONTENT (PHOTOS/IMAGES)
Since you upload photos for printing, you agree to the following:
Ownership:You represent that you own the rights to the photos/images you upload or have permission to use them. AdishPrint is not liable for any copyright infringement caused by printing images provided by the customer.
Prohibited Content:You agree not to upload images that are illegal, pornographic, offensive, or promote hate speech. AdishPrint reserves the right to refuse printing such content and cancel the order.
We partner with third-party courier services (like Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.). While we ensure timely dispatch, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control (like weather, strikes, etc.). Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand over the package to the carrier.
6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Note: An Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim any refund for damaged products. Without an uncut unboxing video, damage claims will not be entertained.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on this website (logos, text, graphics, designs) is the property of AdishPrint and Ghanvi Enterprises. You may not reproduce or use our brand assets without written permission. However, you retain full ownership of the personal photos you upload for printing.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
